In the early part of 2005, the Company intensified the marketing of their new township in Cilegon which will be equipped with a fully integrated infrastructure for numerous activities including access to the new container port at Bojonegara. By the very nature of its location, suitable for jetty, tank farms, natural gas pipelines, easy access to the cargo rail terminal and high class landscaping. Cilegon's strategic location has already attracted many large petrochemical and steel companies to the region.

Also during this year, the Company plans to divest part of its investments in shares of stocks in a subsidiary that will develop a 2.2 hectares property in Central Jakarta into an "up-scale mixed development project". The planned sale of investments will improve the profitability and financial position especially the solvability and liquidity of the Company.

One of the company's latest inceptions is Jababeka Konstruksi. As the economy of Indonesia was emerging from its crisis, the Company acknowledged the need for getting the infrastructure development back on track. Jababeka Konstruksi is formed to aim at government and private infrastructure projects.

Moreover, as part of Company future expansion and the commitment to improve the investment climate, the development of research center is on progress as well as an upcoming techno park, which will include a cyber city.
