The development's high capacity power supply comes from a privately developed power plant operated by Cikarang Listrindo. As the true source of life in any community heavily depends on clean water, Jababeka places as top importance the provision of clean water. Potable and non-potable water is treated and supplied by a clean water treatment plant with a capacity of 26,500 cubic meters per day, which is expandable to 49,500 cubic meters. A wastewater treatment plant, with a capacity of 18,000 cubic meters per day, is expandable to 42,000 cubic meters. A telecommunication network with a capacity of 7,400 lines provides services to businesses and individuals. Jababeka has invested in quality road improvement and drainage services program, an in-house fire brigade and fire hydrants, 24-hour security and public transportation.
