Barcelius Ruru
President Commissioner / Independent Commissioner

Mr. Ruru has been President Commissioner of PT Jababeka Tbk since 2006. He served as the Chairman of the Jakarta Initiative Force until 2003 and was the Secretary for the Minister of State Owned Enterprises until 2004. In addition, he is the former Director General of State Owned Enterprises for theMinistry of Finance from1995 until 1998 and the former Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency from1993 until 1995. He has the Indonesian Nationalitywho graduated with a Master Degree in Law from Harvard Law School, USA and obtained a Degree in Law from the University of Indonesia.

Anton Budidjaja
Commissioner

Mr. Budidjaja has been a Commissioner of PT Jababeka Tbk since 2003. He has the Indonesian nationality and is a founder and Chairman of Reliance Finance Services. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from the California State University of Fresno, California,USA.

Setyono Djuandi Darmono
President Director (Founder)

Mr. Darmono has been President Director of PT Jababeka Tbk since 2000 and is one of the founders. He has the Indonesian nationality with an educational background in textile. He has established several companies and social organizations. In 2005, he was selected as Indonesia's Choice CEO of the Year by Asia Business Leader Awards (ABLA). Currently he also serves as President of the Indonesia Australia Business Council (IABC).

Hadi Rahardja
Vice President Director (Founder)

Mr. Rahardja has been Vice President Director of PT Jababeka Tbk since 1997 and is one of the founders. He has the Indonesian nationality and completed his study in Bandung, West Java. He also served as the Vice President Commissioner of BantenWest Java Tourism Development Corp from 1994 until 2006.

Budianto Liman
Vice President Director

Mr. Liman has been Vice President Director of PT Jababeka Tbk since 2006 and Corporate Secretary since 1995. He has the Indonesian nationality and completed his study in the University of New SouthWales, Sydney, Australia. He also achieved a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Master of Commerce in Accounting.

Setiasa Kusuma
Director

Mr. Kusuma was appointed as Director of PT Jababeka Tbk in 2008. He has the Indonesian nationality and completed his study in Tarumanegara University, Jakarta. He formerly served as Commissioner (2007-2008) dan Finance Director(1995-2007) of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk

Hyanto Wihadhi
Director

Mr.Wihadhi was appointed as Director of PT Jababeka Tbk in 2008 and has been a Director of several subsidiaries of PT Jababeka Tbk since 2007. He has the Indonesian nationality and completed his study in Atmajaya University, Jogjakarta.
