Launch of the GETAS 2025 Program, Jababeka Targets Stunting Rate in Bekasi Regency Below 14%

Cikarang, October 15, 2025 — AS an effort to support the Golden Generation 2045, PT Jababeka Infrastruktur (Jababeka) – a subsidiary of PT Jababeka Tbk – is once again presenting the GETAS program (Healthy Movement to Overcome Stunting) aimed at reducing stunting rates in Indonesia, particularly in Bekasi Regency. Building on the success of the previous year, GETAS 2025 returns with a new target, namely to reduce the stunting rate to below 14% in Bekasi Regency. In addition, this activity also represents Jababeka’s initiative as a private party to support the Government of Bekasi Regency in lowering the stunting rate.
Under the theme “Healthy Growth, Achieve Golden Indonesia,” the GETAS 2025 ceremonial event was held on Wednesday (15/10/2025) at Hollywood Junction, Jababeka City-Cikarang. This was marked by the symbolic handover of a stunting aid mockup from Vega Violetta, Director of PT Jababeka Infrastructure, to the Regent of Bekasi, represented by Marlynda Ade Kuswara, Chairperson of the Bekasi Regency PKK.

Meanwhile, the symbolic handover of supplementary feeding (PMT) and additional vitamins was also carried out by Marlynda Ade Kuswara to representatives of recipients. In addition, GETAS 2025 also featured more exciting and educational activities, such as the Toddler & Posyandu Cadre Competition, Health Seminar, and Nutrition Consultation.
“The Healthy Movement to Overcome Stunting not only provides healthy food but also includes training for Posyandu cadres. As a measure of the program’s success, it begins with changing mindsets and continuously educating the community that stunting prevention follows the formula: Stimulation, Nutrition, Immunization, especially during the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK),” said Vega Violetta.
As before, GETAS targets Posyandu cadres, pregnant women, and toddlers from four districts in Cikarang, namely Cikarang Utara, Cikarang Timur, Cikarang Selatan, and Cikarang Pusat. The distribution of aid packages will be carried out by the Jababeka CSR team to 13 villages in the 4 districts over 3 months, from November to January 2025.

In addition, the kickoff event of the GETAS 2025 program also featured a Health Seminar themed “Smart and Healthy Toddlers: Strategies to Optimize Child Development Digitally,” aimed at Posyandu Cadres, mothers of toddlers, and Jababeka tenants. The seminar was presented by several expert speakers, including Dr. Theresia Santi, Sp.A, a Pediatric Specialist and Lecturer at the President University Faculty of Medicine, and Hj. Masrikoh, S.Kep., MM, Head of the Public Health Division of the Bekasi Regency Health Office. The seminar lasted for 1 hour, with participants showing great enthusiasm during the Q&A session.
GETAS 2024 successfully achieved a reduction of 40% of the total beneficiaries. This was measured through three main indicators, namely improved nutrition, significant increase in body weight (BW) & height (H), as well as non-significant increase in body weight (BW) & height (H). As a result, the GETAS 2024 program successfully reduced the stunting rate significantly. The number of stunted toddlers decreased from 969 to 571 children.
After successfully achieving a significant reduction through GETAS 2024, Jababeka is optimistic about reaching the same target of 40% of total beneficiaries this year. The strategic steps taken by Jababeka include distributing 500 PMT aid packages consisting of eggs, vitamins, and growth measurement posters. Together with the Bekasi Regency Health Office and support from local health centers, Jababeka will routinely monitor the aid recipients.
In addition, Jababeka, together with President University, provides nutrition counseling by educating prospective parents, pregnant women, and mothers with two-year-old children. Jababeka also provides clean water assistance to communities with poor sanitation. Through these steps, Jababeka is optimistic that the GETAS program can achieve new zero stunting, especially in Bekasi Regency, and support the government program, Indonesia Emas 2045.
Meanwhile, Marlynda Ade Kuswara expressed her appreciation to Jababeka and all parties that support and continue the GETAS program. With the same hope, the Bekasi Regency Government will also continue to carry out various actions in efforts to reduce the stunting rate in Bekasi Regency.
“Alhamdulillah, the GETAS event went smoothly, with Jababeka collaborating with the Bekasi Regency Government, and alhamdulillah, the stunting rate in Bekasi Regency can decrease through the collaboration with Jababeka. Moving forward, we, along with Jababeka and the Bekasi Regency Government, can continue to collaborate to reduce stunting rates, as well as add new programs that can support the existing programs in Bekasi Regency,” said Marlynda Ade Kuswara.

“The target, because this is especially a health event, is perhaps precisely to tackle stunting, and thankfully, from the four (4) sub-districts that have collaborated with Jababeka, they were able to reduce the stunting rate by 40%. And hopefully in the future, this stunting rate can continue to decrease until we reach zero stunting,” added Marlynda Ade Kuswara.
Not forgetting, PT Jababeka Infrastruktur also extends its highest appreciation to all contributors and parties involved in the GETAS 2025 event, including PT Precision Tools Service Indonesia, PT Xajeriko Abadi Sejahtera, PT BS Indonesia, PT Dexa Medica, and PT Bima Adikarya Perkasa. PT Jababeka Infrastruktur also thanks the partners who have supported this event, such as PT Indofood, PT Mattel Indonesia, and Hollywood Junction Jababeka.

Through the GETAS 2025 program, Jababeka continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the national program for accelerating the reduction of stunting rates. Moving forward, PT Jababeka Infrastruktur hopes that this program will continue and reach more regions, as well as encourage cross-sector collaboration, in order to create a healthy, intelligent generation of Indonesians ready to compete towards the Golden Indonesia 2045.
