Jababeka Bizpark Wins the Indonesia Property Award 2026

Cikarang, August 31, 2026JABABEKA Bizpark, a project developed by PT Graha Buana Cikarang, a subsidiary of PT Jababeka Tbk., has successfully won the 2026 Indonesia Property Award in the Property Development category – Subcategory Industrial Estate Development. The award was received at the ceremony held on Wednesday (8/26) at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta. This award is a recognition of the development of Jababeka Bizpark and also highlights the relevance of the project amid the growing industrial and business activities in Kota Jababeka.

The increasing industrial and business activities are also driving the demand for flexible business spaces. This potential comes not only from new businesses but also from companies that have been operating in the Jababeka area and need additional space to support expansion or the development of their operations.

Seeing this demand, Jababeka developed Jababeka Bizpark as a multi-purpose building that can adapt to various business needs. This property can be used for different functions, ranging from storage, production, distribution, to commercial activities. With high ceilings, the space inside the building can also be expanded up to three floors according to the user’s needs.

The Director of PT Graha Buana Cikarang, Ivonne Anggraini, said that the award is both a source of pride and an appreciation for the company’s efforts in offering products that meet the evolving needs of the market.

“This award is both a source of pride and appreciation for us. Jababeka Bizpark launched at the right time, when the demand for flexible business spaces is growing. We see that growth comes not only from new businesses but also from companies that have been operating in the Jababeka area and continue to expand. So, we strive to provide products that can keep up with these needs, both in terms of function and flexibility. For us, a property is not just about the building itself, but how that property can become part of the journey and growth of its users’ businesses,” Ivonne said.

This flexibility becomes even more valuable because Jababeka Bizpark is part of the Kota Jababeka ecosystem, which has developed over more than three decades as a self-sufficient city with industrial, business, residential, and educational activities, along with various integrated supporting facilities.

Today, Kota Jababeka is home to more than 2,000 companies and around 1.2 million people. The area is also supported by four toll road accesses and the presence of Cikarang Dry Port, which strengthens connectivity and logistics activities. This ecosystem adds value for business players because it is supported by infrastructure, connectivity, human resources, and an established network of companies.

The presence of a well-established ecosystem also opens up opportunities for collaboration and expands business networks. This makes Kota Jababeka not just a place for industrial activities, but also an environment that supports companies in starting, growing, and expanding their businesses.

This development aligns with the increasingly diverse property needs in the industrial area. Besides manufacturing land, the presence of warehouses, multipurpose buildings, commercial areas, and various supporting facilities plays an important role in supporting the growing chain of business activities.

From an investment perspective, Jababeka Bizpark is offered starting at IDR 1.65 billion, providing business property options with flexible functions within a developed industrial area. This product also benefits from partnerships with several well-known banks that offer financing options for customers.

According to Ivonne, future property development needs to look at business needs more broadly, taking into account the ecosystem that has already formed around it.

“We believe that property development today is not just about buildings. What’s more important is how a product can connect with the ecosystem, connectivity, and growth opportunities around it. This is what we focus on when developing Jababeka Bizpark and other products in Kota Jababeka,” concluded Ivonne.

The Indonesia Property Award 2026 further strengthens Jababeka Bizpark’s position as a property product designed to meet the needs of businesses amid the growth of East Jakarta.

More broadly, this award also reflects the appeal of Kota Jababeka as one of the top choices for industry and investment. With a well-developed ecosystem, integrated infrastructure, strong connectivity, and a variety of business activities, Kota Jababeka continues to strengthen its role as a preferred area for companies and investors looking for a strategic location to grow and expand their business.
