Develop Rescue Facilities, Jababeka Presents Second Fire Command Headquarters & Firefighter Training Center
CIKARANG – AFTER successfully building and managing the Jababeka Industrial Estate – Cikarang to become the largest Industrial Estate in Southeast Asia, PT Jababeka Tbk continues to develop the Jababeka Industrial Estate area which until now has reached the 9th phase.
The expansion of the area is accompanied by the presence of facilities so that tenants of the Jababeka Industrial Estate feel comfortable and safe running their business. One of them is to present a rescue facility the Fire Command Headquarters & Rescue in the Jababeka 1 Industrial area.
Not satisfied with getting there, recently PT Jababeka Tbk through one of its subsidiaries, namely PT Jababeka Infrastruktur, presented the second Fire Command Headquarters & Rescue. This was marked by the inauguration of Fire Command Headquarters & Rescue located at Jababeka Industrial Estate 6, on Tuesday (25/10).
The inauguration was carried out directly by Tjahjadi Rahardja as President Director of PT Jababeka Infrastruktur, marked by cutting ribbons and cutting tumpeng. The ribbon cutting was also accompanied by Agung Wicaksono as Managing Director of PT Jababeka Infrastruktur, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) TNI, Sumardi as the Chairman of Jababeka City Council and attended by the management of PT Jababeka Infrastruktur, representatives from each Jababeka unit and Jababeka tenants.
In the inauguration ceremony, the Fire Command Headquarters & Rescue Jababeka team also gave an interesting appearance, namely a simulated rescue attraction during a fire. Starting from household fires, and chemicals, to high-rise fire rescues.
“The purpose of the developing of the second Fire Command Headquarters & Rescue Jababeka is to expand the scope of rescue to the Jababeka Industrial Estate phase 9 which is being built. In addition, this rescue facility is also included for the Jababeka residential area,” agung said in his speech.
He added that the Fire Command Headquarters & Rescue Jababeka facility is intended for companies located in the Jababeka Industrial Estate and is a supporter of the Fire Command Office of Bekasi Regency. “Therefore, for all companies that need fire command & Rescue Jababeka services, the Fire Command Jababeka team is always stand by to help,” Agung continued.
Not finished there, the inauguration of the second Fire Command Headquarters & Rescue Jababeka as well as opening the latest facilities, namely the K3 Fire Expert Development Training Center & Tenant Training. Where, it is currently under construction.
Unlike the Fire Command Headquarters & Rescue Jababeka facility, the K3 Fire Expert Development Training Center & Tenant Training facility is intended for the public to outside the Jababeka Area. One of the mainstay programs offered is certified Firefighting Training and a license from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
“With this facility, it is hoped that every company will be able to handle the initial rescue when a fire occurs. So, the possibility of a fire in the company is getting smaller,” agung hoped.
