New Development of Jababeka Cikarang
Along with economic growth and political stability as well as law enforcement and security issues are getting better in Indonesia as the trigger of foreign investors eyeing Indonesia as an attractive investment destination. Beside huge potential market, tax incentives for certain industries that already issued in August 2011 and also supported by good government policy to welcome investors.
Jababeka realized this opportunity, so that since late 2010 opened a new development called Jababeka phase 5, Jababeka Phase 6 and Phase 7 with total land area 1,270 ha.
Jababeka Phase 5 area of 270 ha within a short time has attracted approximately 25 major tenants including Yamaha, Tupperware, Dynaplast, Fuji Seimitsu, PT. Sari Takagi Elok, PT. Rodamas, PT. Repeating the success of Jababeka Industrial Estate, currently being developed 1,000 ha of Jababeka Industrial Estate in Cilegon that planned specifically for the heavy industrial, such as steel, petrochemical, and refining of oil and gas.
