It is believed that it will open up many investment opportunities into Indonesia, especially higher tech such as automotive, electronics, and pharmaceuticals.
On this occasion, Darmono also stated that the Jababeka-Cikarang Industrial Estate with complete facilities and infrastructure is ready to become a strategic partner for Indian investors who want to enter the Indonesian market.”The Jababeka Industrial Estate is very suitable for the high-tech industry. We already have many tenants in the automotive, electronics, and pharmaceutical sectors,” said SD Darmono, in Jababeka-Cikarang City.
Sandeep Chakravorty stated that he is optimistic that he can attract investors and business partners from India to Indonesia and does not rule out the possibility of collaborating with PT Jababeka Tbk. This is because the Jababeka Industrial Estate – one of the subsidiaries of PT Jababeka Tbk – has proven to be a comfortable home for more than 2000 multinational and national companies from 34 countries for 36 years.
As a symbol of commitment to cooperation, tree planting was carried out at the Jababeka Botanical Garden.
“This is a symbol of going green and growing together cooperation between Indonesia and India,” explained Darmono.
Not finishing there, Sandeep Chakravorty was also invited to visit the Faculty of Medicine of President University which was welcomed directly by Handa S. Abidin Rector of President University, Suresh Kumar Director of the Postgraduate Program of President University, and Mohammad Syafi’i Anwar Dean of the Faculty of Humanities of President University.
